As we have detailed repeatedly over the past year, the Obama Administration and the Democrats are determined to steal the 2012 election by enabling voter fraud - and are blocking every state Voter ID law they possibly can. As always, left-wing groups like the ACLU, Brennan Center for Justice, and the Administration itself insist that voter fraud is - as Attorney General Eric Holder himself has said - "a problem that does not exist", and thus proof that ID laws are merely an attempt to suppress minority voting (despite overwhelming evidence that the exact opposite is true). Now in a...

The number of officers killed in the line of duty jumped 13 percent in 2011 compared with the year before - and U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder condemned the increase as a devastating and unacceptable trend that he blamed on illegal firearms. The number of deceased law enforcement officers rose to 173 killed in the line of duty this year, from 153 in 2010, the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund announced Wednesday. This years figure is 23 percent higher than the 122 killed in the line of duty in 2009.
Eric Holder's continued obfuscation on Fast and Furious

As we mark one year this week since Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was shot to death in Arizona -- with guns allowed to drift over the Mexican line found at the scene -- we certainly know much more about Operation Fast and Furious. That's the bad-idea-executed-poorly child of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, sanctioned by your own U.S. Justice Department. In addition to Terry's death, another federal agent may have been killed in Mexico by a walked gun, and the case could well have ties to North Texas. What we still don't know -- what Attorney...

WASHINGTON - Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder used to shoot hoops for Stuyvesant High in New York City, but these days, he tosses a blue "stress ball" at wood-paneled office walls. As Attorney General Janet Reno's top deputy in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Justice Department, Holder also is juggling political time bombs. He's at the helm of the campaign finance investigation and the potentially explosive review of the Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. assassination files. He's also quietly reviewing the independent counsel law.

As the Occupy Wall Street protests grow and their demands slowly start to solidify, much of their anti-corporate rhetoric is hitting a sour note with conservatives. On tonights Follow the Money, host Eric Bolling and guest Ann Coulter discussed the danger of similar mob uprisings and the apparent hypocrisy of some of its celebrity supporters, including Roseanne Barr and Michael Moore. RELATED: Bill OReilly And Sean Hannity Send Film Crews To Occupy Wall Street Protests To Coulter, the protests on Wall Street were far too familiar: all of those quotes, she told Bolling, referring to

Why a gunrunning scandal codenamed Fast and Furious, a program run secretly by the U.S. government that sent thousands of firearms over an international border and directly into the hands of criminals, hasnt been pursued by an army of reporters all trying to be the next Bob Woodward or Carl Bernstein is a story in itself. But the state of modern journalism aside, this scandal is so inflammatory few realize that official records show the current director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), B. Bush has been continued by his successor, Barack Obama, supposedly as a contribution to Mexico and Central American countries in combating drug trafficking A Citizens Pact was signed in the (Mexico) city by around 200 organizations and public figures, which also calls on the Mexican government to reconsider its anti-drug strategy, which it considers a...

San Francisco - The first vision was simple and straightforward: To curtail puppy mills and kitten factories, the sale of cats and dogs should be banned in San Francisco, where the loving guardians of animal companions come to regular blows politically with the loving parents of children. The ban was put on hold last year after animal advocates broadened it to include anything with fur or feathers. Now it's back, with a new name and a new strategy: More is more. The Humane Pet Acquisition Proposal is on its way to the Board of Supervisors, and it hopes

Eric Holder Partners with Fidel Castro Again

Last week the U.S. Dept. of Justice, at U.S. taxpayer expense, transported a Lieutenant Colonel of Fidel Castros KGB-trained secret police named Roberto Hernandez-Caballero to a U.S. courtroom. The U.S. State Dept. classifies Cuba as a State Sponsor of Terrorism, and Fidel Castro classifies the U.S. as the Great Enemy of Mankind! A former regime-colleague of Hernandez-Caballero sits in a U.S. federal prison after conviction in the the most damaging spy scandal against the U.S. since the end of the Cold War. Her name is Ana Montes and she was convicted in a different U.S. courtroom of the same crimes...
Psst. Conservatives? Eric Holder was right about Black Panther nonsense

The Washington Post's Jennifer Rubin, who has done a great deal to frame the conservative narrative on the New Black Panther story, is irate that Attorney General Eric Holder recently dismissed the right's charges about the Panther voter intimidation case as "simply not supported by the facts." Rubin writes: Does he actually believe this to be the case, having been sheltered from testimony, news reports, and a report by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights? Or, does he imagine that he can simply bluster his way through the next two years without addressing the mound of evidence against his department?...

Holder Urges GOP Oversight To Focus On "Substance," Not "Politically Attractive" Things; Incoming Chairman Vows "Fair" Oversight As House Republicans weigh how to spend their time after taking power of the oversight committees in January, Attorney General Eric Holder on Wednesday urged the committee overseeing his department to "focus on things that are not going to be politically attractive but will be of substance." Before November's mid-term elections, Republicans on Capitol Hill promised to investigate allegations by two attorneys -- one currently with the Justice Department -- that the department's Civil Rights Division is "hostile" toward "race-neutral enforcement" of voting...

Columbine was never about poor picked upon Eric Harris (REB) and Dylan Klebold (VoDKa) striking out at their tormentors. Horrific though it was, Eric dreamt of much more than gunning to death twelve students and one teacher. | Civil Rights: The Justice Department explains that it dropped a Black Panther voter-intimidation case because of lack of evidence. Pay no attention to the thugs outside the polling place. Yet another reason Eric Holder must go. On Election Day 2008, New Black Panther Party members King Samir Shabazz, Malik Zulu Sha-bazz and Jerry Jackson were charged in a civil complaint with civil violations by "allegedly" violating the Voting Rights Act through intimidation, threats and coercion as they stood outside a Philadelphia polling place. It was what Bartle Bull, a former civil rights lawyer and publisher of the left-wing Village Voice,... |

Senators from both parties praised the quick arrest of the Times Square car-bomb suspect Faisal Shahzad, but Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday also heard a lot of grumbling that Shahzad should never have been able to board a plane bound for Dubai. Theres a lot of concern out there about why the suspect was not apprehended until the jet has pulled away from the gate, Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) told Holder during the appropriations hearing. One really has to wonder: where was the failing here? What happened with this watch list? It makes you wonder whether or not there...

Attorney General Eric Holder spoke yesterday at the Holocaust Memorial Museum, extolling the Justice Department's central role in "today's struggle to promote tolerance, peace, justice and the rule of law." His timing could not be more ironic, because on the very same day, the attorney general failed to comply with the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights's deadline to report whether the DOJ will allow its employees to testify in the commission's investigation of the DOJ's extraordinary decision to drop its prosecution of Black Panther Party members who menaced voters at the polls on Election Day 2008.

These allegations come from general shipboard understandings and conversations, and were relayed to me by shipmates of Eric Massa. In one instance... Eric Holder Invites Terrorism Apologist To Civil Rights Talk

Attorney General Eric Holder made a curious selection when he invited Arab American Institute President James Zogby to be the closing speaker last month at a Justice Department conference marking the 45th anniversary of the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964. It was curious because Zogby has no direct tie to the Civil Rights movement. And, despite his generally favorable public image, an examination of Zogby's record shows he is an apologist for Muslim Brotherhood-linked groups like the Muslim Students Association (MSA) and terrorist organizations like Hamas and Hizballah. On top of that, he is a strident foe of the...

America stands with Israel for both moral and strategic reasons. Israel is not only a democratic ally and our only true friend in the Middle East; it is also a vital pillar of U.S. national security strategy.
